BY FAR offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that all returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a smooth refund experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original dust bags and branded boxes, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand over your package to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
